Two Half Gloves Make a Whole Lot o' Style!

We want YOU to be happy (and to help us work out the kinks to help YOU get your sew on!) so let us know your thoughts! Send your answers the 5 quick questions below to info@stitchlounge.com and we'll enter you in a drawing for a $15 stitch card! (All entries must be received by 1/18/2008 to be eligible for the drawing!)

Let us know!
* What do you think our our new tutorial? (It's awesome. It stinks. It's average. It's super hot! You get the idea...)
* What, if any, additional information would you like the tutorial to cover? (What season do I wear this, what kind of material is the shirt, Nothing -- because the Stitch B*tches already rocked my world with this tutorial...)
* What types of tutorials do you like to read? (Tops, skirts, purses, hats, refashioned items, stuff from scratch, anything I can get my hands on...)
* What factors do you consider when looking for tutorials online? (Do you look by difficulty, cost, what kind of stuff you have in your closet, whatever gets sent to you from a trusted source?)
* What websites do you go to in search of tutorials?

Thanks and happy sewing!

I like the tutorials on stuff from scratch or embellishing purchased clothing or blanks. I use Pattern Review, Gatherings (Taunton Press), about Sewing, Fashion Incubator, sewing blogs such as Sewing Divas.

Great job! I am so excited that you will be offering tutorials. The directions and illustrations were very thorough and easy to follow.
I would like to see more tutorials on how to refashion existing items or make purses and bags.
Thanks for making your fabulous classes available on line.

*I think the tutorial rocks! *Can’t think of anything to add. *I love pretty much any tutorial I can get my hands on. I’m new to sewing clothes, so that’s what I’ve been checking out lately. *I’ll check out most any tutorial from a trusted source…of course trying it out may depend on what I have lying around. *I’m also a fan of sewmamasew for tutorials. I’ll google if I’m looking for something in particular.

Perfect timing! I was just telling my daughter this weekend that she could do this with some of her favorite sweaters that don’t quite fit anymore.
This tutorial will be super easy for her to follow!:)
